Well, that time of year is upon us again and KPC are delighted to host another Annual Parish Meeting.

With the lead-up to the 80th D-Day Anniversary ceremonies and in anticipation of what will be an amazing D-Day Convoy which will pass through Kingsclere on the 29th of June at about 10.30 am, we have invited Professor Andy Kempe from Greenham Control Tower to come along and talk to us about what it would have been like in the run-up to the momentous day and understand how the troops prepared.

You and members of your groups and families, indeed all residents, are warmly invited to the meeting. Please do consider if you would like to provide a short update on the progress, activities, and achievements of your community groups this year.

If you would like to speak and then subsequently provide a report which can be placed in the Village’s annual report and circulated to the whole community, please do apply to the Parish Clerk as soon as possible and include numbers from your group who will be attending order that we can cater on the day.

Reports as last year need to be kept to under 200 words please and the deadline for submission is the 29th April.
